The birthday arrangement I ordered looked great and my wife loved them also matched the picture of what I ordered and they were able to deliver quickly same day I ordered them . Will definitely use them again
(august of 2025) I called Flowers For Keeps at 10:30 this morning the place a delivery order to my wife at Eastside school where she works. The lady on the phone asked if I wanted them delivered today. I said that would be great if that was still possible being that I was just now placing the order at 10:30, but if not, delivering tomorrow would be fine. I said that it would need to be delivered by at least 2:30. She said they would try to deliver by 2:00. I requested to pay with cash and asked if I come come by at lunch to pay. She said that would be fine. I came by at 12:30 to pay for the order (including the delivery charge). They were literally finishing the bouquet when I was there to pay for it. It was literally about to head out the door to the delivery van. It was beautiful! I have no issues with their work and how beautiful it is. My issue is that sometime around 3:00 they called my wife and said that they were running behind and asked if she could come to their shop and pick up her bouquet! First of all, half of the surprise gift is receiving flowers from your significant other at work! I think that's pretty well known by most people, that half of it is receiving the beautiful bouquet, and the other half is receiving it at work to show off to your your friends and coworkers! Otherwise, I would have taken the bouquet with me when I paid for it and saved the delivery charge! I was just kind of shocked that they called my wife and asked her to pick them up when I paid for a delivery fee and even left the option open to deliver tomorrow. They had my number as well but instead of calling to let me know that they were running behind or to confirm the option to deliver tomorrow, they called my wife to ask her to pick them up. I'm just pretty disappointed in the way that turned out! Editing to say that the owner called me today. She was very apologetic for what happened! She has offered to do something to make it right! What happened with my particular order was unfortunate for sure but I appreciate Flowers For Keeps owning the mistake and trying to make it right! (3/05/2026) Editing again to say that Flowers For Keeps offered to make things right last year when this happened. I gave them the chance to do that this week. The issue before was a mistake made by a new delivery driver at the time. They have completely redeemed themselves! I gave them colors I wanted in this newest arrangement. I sent them pictures and asked them to make it similar to the picture. They absolutely nailed it! They are extremely beautiful and everything I asked for was accomplished!
