Zero stars are not an option or thats what I would give. Since I received Zero flowers. My friend out of state ordered Easter flowers on Thursday, to be delivered on Friday(Good Friday). She paid extra for next day delivery. Its 3pm on Easter Sunday & still no delivery. I called yesterday, no answer. Have also left messages, no response. PLEASE REFUND MY FRIEND! EXTREMELY horrible customer service..... actually there is no customer service. Find a different business that doesn't require items to be delivered on time or require customer service. The floral business is not for you.
I normally do not write reviews but after walking into this flower shop and seeing how amazingly beautiful it is decorated and having a very warm welcome was great. Felt like home. The employees were kind and very helpful. Tracy is such a wonderful person and she makes such gorgeous designs. I definitely would recommend Tracy to anyone and everyone who is looking for a great Florist!
Was abit disappointed but my daughter loved them... For$100. I was to get this but got this instead.. got to plan different next time.. however they did delivery same day
We ordered a dish garden for a funeral. The small print stated that similar plants may be used. We attended the service from out of town and I was disappointed to see that Carriage House delivered a peace lily that was much less in price than our original order selection. I gave one star because that is the lowest option. Please do better in the future.
My husband paid $131 to send me flowers today! The gesture was amazing because he's an amazing person! They were delivered from Springfield to Ridgetop a 22 min drive (I googled it). The flowers are not $131 worth of flowers. I feel like he was taken complet advantage of and way.. ..way....way over priced! He even called and spoke directly to you because you said you couldn't deliver thar far? He ask for the order to be canceled, however he was charged.
