My experience with The Petal Patch was incredible and could not have gone greater! I live 4 and a half hours away from this shop. I never shopped here before, but I had a friend that I wanted to gift flowers for and this was the closest shop near where she lives. She was going through a tough time in her life, so I wanted to gift her some flowers to brighten up her day. I worked with Ms. Heather and she provided me with exceptional service! I told her of my situation and she provided me with live updates on the delivery status and was very communicative throughout the process. I highly recommend her as she showed me in my sole experience here that she truly cares and that meant a lot as I wanted for this to be very special. I highly recommend Ms. Heather’s services and wanted to ensure that she is given proper recognition as she helped to make my friend’s day and was very patient with me as well. This means even more considering I live 4 and a half hours away and she still was very patient and attentive to all of my questions. That’s all you can ask for as a customer. I highly recommend her services to all and give her a perfect 10/10!
