When a mistake is made rather than excusing and explaining address the client with an apology and fix the issue. In our case that is not the experience. Therefore, I will be more than happy to explain this florist may not be one you want to use. There can be a possible problem and you'll be told how their effort was accurate and it's unfortunate everything didn't happen exactly like planned. Our flowers and card went to the wrong address.

Don’t place an online order! Ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday like I usually do from Baacks after getting a reminder email 2 days before her birthday, got a confirmation email and everything seemed good. However they never delivered the flowers and didn’t call me to let me know. When I called they said they didn’t have the flower I ordered in stock. I asked why they didn’t call so I could have ordered a dif flower they didn’t have an answer. I’ve used this florist for over 40 years with no problems. I understand there is a new owner. I won’t be ordering from them again. Hoping I get a refund.

I'm the husband. Called to order flowers for our anniversary. Very polite receptionist. I went with her recommendation. The flowers were very nice. Reasonably priced. They were delivered in time. Best wishes for future prosperity. I will definitely use them in the future.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on a certain date. Called the day of delivery and was told the driver was running late but would be there soon. I asked specifically if they would be delivered by 4 as the person was leaving work at that time. Was told - oh yes , probably by 2:30-300. I called at 3:30 and was told - the driver is not here but they will be delivered…. The lady that answered was the same lady that told me by 2:30-3:00 and was VERY RUDE. I told her I was sending someone to the store to pick up the flowers as they were obviously not going to be delivered. Terrible customer service. Will NEVER use them again.

Do not buy from Baack’s. Ordered flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day. I paid $110 for these to look terrible and arrive the day after Mother’s Day when the delivery date was sent for that day. No one called me. I called the evening of Mother’s Day, and they told me the flowers would make it that night or the next morning. They got there around 5:30 PM on Monday. Called on Tuesday and the girl had no empathy or customer service skills. She said nothing they could or would do as far as discount or refunds. She said they were short staffed. How is that the customer’s problem? If you have issues, communicate. Other comments look similar. Do not buy from Baack’s. This is a horribly run business.
