I placed an order out of state on Monday morning and asked for same day delivery and received an email regarding my order being sent two days later on Wednesday. The recipient's birthday was Monday, so I am unclear as to when this floral arrangement was delivered. I would have appreciated a personal email from Gary's Floral Gallery letting me know if and when my order was processed and delivered. Was it the same day? I will be calling to follow up.
The website was easy to use! I’m on the Pacific time zone so when I called to follow up the following morning per my request the arrangement was already done prior to 10:00 AM Central time! And delivered less than an hour later as I had hoped!

I can’t begin to express my heartfelt thanks to this floral shop. I planned a memorial service from out of state. When I called Gary’s, I did not know what I wanted and just told them to make them bright and that my friend loved Texas wildflowers. They went above and beyond my expectations and delivered the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever seen it brought tears to my eyes. They were so kind and gracious on the phone and helpful.
