What a joy it was to work with Milestone Floral! I found the business through Yelp reviews, and they delivered a beautiful flower arrangement the very next day. They called me before the delivery, and followed the “please don’t knock or ring the bell” instructions. They let me know the flowers were delivered and my daughter in law was so pleased to receive them. I’m looking forward to visiting the shop on my next visit to Abilene Texas.
***update this morning highs flowers called me and apologize for the miscommunication. I appreciate I think her name was Kim for calling me and letting me know what had happened. I will view this as a learning experience for us both. I purchased an arrangement over the phone and chose from an example off the website. I just one that was very full of flowers with beautiful greenery but heavier on the floral side. The arrangement they sent was lovely just a bit of a disappointment because it was full of greenery and lighter on the floral side. Possibly I could have done a better job communicating what I wanted.
Kim did an absolutely amazing job on all of my flowers for my wedding! The flower crowns, the bouquets, the boutonnieres and the arch were stunning and everything I dreamed it could be! I also use Milestone to send flowers and they are always beautiful.
Kim and her artists did an amazing job creating an arrangement for my Dad’s memorial service at the Veteran’s Cemetery in Abilene. I’m from out of town, and Kim spent a lot of time on the phone with me to understand our vision, and designed an arrangement that was perfect for the setting.
