I had an amazing experience with Country Florist. It was my first time ordering with them, and they delivered (literally and figuratively)! The flowers were gorgeous and delivered on time. The staff was kind and caring as well. Couldn’t ask for a better experience !
I am on the recipient side so, I cannot comment on the pricing or communication, but I can comment on delivery time (somewhere between 11-11:30 am on my birthday), and the quality of flowers (very fresh, the arrangement is cute, the water in the jar is still cold). It does make my day! (I wonder if the clients could choose the fonts, would be nice if they could!)

Ordered flowers for my girlfriend and called to make a late adjustment to the order which they did for me, they were very accommodating and the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. My girlfriend was all smiles.
DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. Incredibly rude service. I wish I could give no stars. I called inquiring about flowers for a wedding that were already paid for (or so I thought). There was a miscommunication with the church and the florist at no fault of anyone but she treated me as if I had no business calling her and that I had no idea what I was talking about. They are for sure OVERCHARGING FOR WEDDINGS AND EVENTS. DO NOT USE FOR WEDDINGS. DO NOT USE THEM PERIOD. She tried to tell me the flowers they use for a church service are less expensive than the ones for a wedding. I said “what if I want the kind that are used in the church service, we want something simple”. She told me that she would get in trouble with the church (I have been going to this church and am actively involved for 20 years. This would never happen) for having a simple display of flowers. She tried to tell me it would be so much more and that she would need to do my bouquet as well. (She wouldn’t.) she yelled at me over the phone all while trying to sell me something that is untrue and that I did not want.
