Labor Day Weekend, and Errin's was open until 7 pm Saturday. Braden was an outstanding representative. The arrangement was beautiful, delivered timely, and he sent me a picture. Thank you for excellent service.
My nanny has a sick sister in Mansfield Texas. I am in California. They made it easy cheezy and accommodated the fact she was at a care center. Glad i found them online and didnt go with a online whoever gets the order kinda place. Called to confirm and they were on their way to deliver said flowers. Thanks again!
I contacted Erinn's to create an arrangement for a Memorial Service that our family would be unable to attend. Because we are out of town, I asked if they could please send a photo of the floral arrangement, but I actually wasn't expecting them to do it. I did describe what we wanted and that there was less than a day before the service. They had the flowers at the service first thing the following morning, so early delivery, which was appreciated as these gorgeous flowers were part of the set up, placed front and center. Errin's sent photos as promised, and even followed up later that evening to apologize for sending the photos later than expected. The customer service went above and beyond, going that extra mile, and it felt more like ordering flowers from a good friend. I would definitely recommend and I'll be a customer for life.
