My mom’s cousin (out of state) sent her a plant for Christmas. This is what Payne’s delivered. I tried to give them a chance to rectify the situation, but they didn’t return my call. Edit: It’s been a week now, with no word from Payne’s. I’m adding a picture to show more about the plant’s condition.

When I came in last minute they went above and beyond to make something amazing! They were very friendly and the shop has so many interesting and creative gifts to select from. I want to thank you ladies so very much. I came in without a clue of what I wanted but with a few words from myself and my husband you took it from there and did an amazing job.
