VERY disappointed in their service and mannerisms when my daughter voiced her opinion on how badly a Mother’s Day arrangement was prepared and delivered. The cost was 125.00 Stems were cut so short that water could not reach flowers! Previous arrangements I have had delivered usually last up to two weeks! This one lasted 4 days! Even with me making sure water reached the foam …..even had to flip vase over! I should’ve had no Need to do that. Plus added water thru top as well. They still wilted and roses never bloomed. That man a Mr. Gonzalez so rudely told my daughter that the arrangement was like a regular plant and needed to be watered! This man has some audacity, some of us have common sense , this arrangement had no salvation it was cut incorrectly and he still refused to recognize error on their behalf.
I live in the Austin area and was struggling to get flowers delivered to my sister who is Brownsville because the original place I ordered from could not deliver. My sisters husband passed away recently and this is her first valentines without him so I was desperately trying to send her flowers today on his behalf. After multiple Attempts I contacted Cindy’s flower shop and spoke to Angela (who was freaking amazing). I am super happy with the amount of effort she put in to assist me in this situation. My sister was overwhelmed with joy! You guys are amazing and cannot thank you enough.
Doesn’t look anything like what I asked for and I paid a lot for something I hate . What I asked for is on the left what I got is on the right. Horrible. The flowers also look all damaged.
