I called from out of town to send a plant arrangement for a birthday present to my sister. The gentleman worked with me very nicely. He sent pictures, then made the arrangement even better than when I first saw it . She was so impressed with the gift that was delivered right on time!!! I will use this Brownsville flower shop every time!!!

I received an arrangement for Valentine's Day and 4 days later, on Tuesday, they all began to wilt. By Wednesday, they were pretty much all dead. I have never had an arrangement die so quickly. These flowers were not fresh, as they didn't even drink their water. I called the flower shop on Tuesday and i was transferred to an assistant florist who then gave me Alma's number. I called her and didn't get an answer. I tried her again on Wednesday, but she did not answer. She called me late in the evening around 8:30pm. Then she sent me a text message saying that because "I didn't reach out within 24-48 hrs, she was not able to help me. In her text she stated that since flowers are perishable and my arrangement is now 6 days old she was unable to offer a refund or return. If there was an issue when it was received, we would have been happy to address it within the first 24 to 48 hours." I called her again on Thursday to discuss the matter further but she did not respond. I would not recommend this flower shop. This is the first time my husband orders from here. This is also the last time he orders flowers from Didi's Flowers. n Never, in all the years that my husband has gifted me flowers have we had an experience where the flowers die like this. To top it off, the response was very poor. Horrible flowers.
