if I could leave less I would....my daughter ordered me a mothers day surprise 2025 and the only thing good was the balloon.....fruit was brown and old, chocolate was melting off the fruit, the holding vessels were loaded with liquid that the fruit was sitting in (sign of old fruit) and GOOD LUCK trying to speak to anyone NO ONE and I mean NO ONE from this store or ANY store or CORPORATE answers!! all NUMBERS are answering machines and they offer satisfaction guaranteed THAT IS A JOKE if you can not talk to anyone about your experience!!! how to you get a resolution???? they did not even close the box with the I
Ordered something for my daughter’s 5th grade graduation. I’ve been out of state for work and couldn’t make it to her graduation. The day came and went , the items were never delivered!! I called multiple times with no answer. I emailed and used the online chat and no reply! 2 days after the delivery date I get an email that my order was canceled!!! Worse experience ever!! Never again!!!!!
Don’t waste your money or time dealing with this place. My husband ordered for daughter’s graduation we never received anything. It was supposed to be surprise and nothing ever came. He tried contacting them they never answered. He is gone for couple months and wanted to do something special and this place ruined his surprise. I even got an email asking how they did and how the experience was. I never received so I put a bad review. A case was opened and still haven’t received any answers back. Honestly for that price and seeing recent reviews we can make a better arrangement or order from someone that won’t disappoint.
I'm in Illinois and ordered the Big Bash Platter online for my wife's birthday while she was on spring break with her girlfriends on South Padre Island. The platter was created and delivered from the Brownsville 1310 store. Although I was initially nervous after reading the store's reviews, my wife and her friends absolutely loved the Big Bash Platter, describing everything as delicious and giving it an A++. Thank you for making my wife's birthday special!
I live in Dallas, TX and ordered a large basket to be delivered in Brownsville,TX via Uber Eats. Big mistake. Firstly, the store in Brownsville sent a puny small gift tray. I paid for a large. And lastly, when I called to complain about it, the lady who answered, spoke zero English. Don’t waste your time or money. (See pics - what I payed for vs. what was delivered.) #scammers
