I ordered flowers from this flower shop and paid a lot of money for arrangement for my dad’s funeral this what the flowers looked like when we showed up to the church. This is very is Disrespectful and and rude to send dying flowers to a funeral. I called them to explain how the flowers looks and the lady on the phone was very rude and acted like I was lying about it. DO NOT order flowers from this shop you will be very disappointed.
I was very hesitant to keep them after I had already ordered because I saw the reviews! I called the place and expressed my concerns about them and she was very understanding and like I mentioned I would like to give them a try we are not perfect and we make mistakes! But I was going to give them the opportunity because I believe they are capable of doing a great job and I could make a good review. They did 2 lavender spays for my sisters funeral 🥺 and they weren’t the same as the picture but they did an amazing job! Everything literally matched ! They did an amazing service , they delivered it right on time !! Thank yall so much ladies , I appreciate your patience with me and for giving the opportunity to be a costumer !
While the arrangement was beautiful, my experience working in floral shops tells me these were very old flowers. Even the greenery rotted. This arrangement was delivered Tuesday afternoon, second picture is Sunday morning. The lilies were rotten by the next day. Yes I removed the rotten stems and changed the water.
I placed the order online. Called about 40 minutes before it was time to pick up. A lady answered, she was polite and informed me they were ready to go and looked beautiful! I was worried about the reviews but she did a great job!
