Janies Flower shop is the best hometown flower store there is,the employees go above and beyond to help you,mine used her own personal cell phone to help me pick out my mothers day gift,she text pictures,would call back,as busy as they were,they took car of me,my moms flowers and gift were delivered and she loved it! I made an order for a dozen roses a couple of days before Valentine's Day. Well I told them I would pick them up in the morning(Valentines day) but I had to go out of town for an emergency so I couldn't pick them up in the morning so therefore; I called them to tell them I would pick them up in the evening but no one picked up the phone. I get there in the evening, and they literally said, they sold my order. Well one of the ladies said to come back in 30 min so they could put the flower arrangement together again. I get there in about an hour and they still didn't have them ready. The lady who put them together literally, just "threw" something together. I'm very upset and dissapointed.
They have been my hometown florist for many years. I have use them for so many occasions and they have never disappointed. I ask them to give me whatever they think is best for that event.
