I just knew my flowers weren't there, so I called the evergreen florist they were busy and I kept getting the answering machine . I was feeling pretty defeated and super disappionted realizing that my brother in law wouldnt recieve the flowers before the funeral .By the time I spoke to an agent all of what I was feeling came out in my tone and interaction. The evergreen florist was very calm in spite of my attitude she was very compassionate and assured me the flowers were there . When she sensed that I was still frustrated she went out of her way to take a picture of the flowers in the location and sent it to me. When I realized the flowers were there all along I told her how sorry I was and these words that she said are the reason why I took time to write this review.. I JUST WANTED TO MAKE SURE YOU WERE SATISFIED its what will always be in my mind when someone mentions evergreen florist.
One of my sweet co-workers passed and we used this florist for her celebration of life services. They were running low on the purple flowers that I had chosen for the arrangement so they called me right away to ask about substitutions and promised to make something just as beautiful as the original ask. And they really came through. I appreciate their concern and the speed in which they communicated and the excellence in the quality of work. Highly recommend!
I gave you a 5 star rating. I purchased a Peace Lily, it was simply gorgeous, unfortunately it was for a young man’s Service. I hope it will bring some solace to the mom, as she watches it grow. However, I found a gorgeous rubber plant for my close friend’s mother’s ceremony, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond with their customer service. I look forward to coming back soon to add more plants to my personal collection!
