First and foremost, I would like to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received. I had specifically requested flowers to be delivered between 7 and 8 PM. However, the delivery person failed to contact me until 12 PM. I was unable to collect the flowers because I was staying at a hotel that required me to check out before they arrived. When I finally asked for a refund, the delivery person responded very rudely and became upset. He accused me of asking for a refund and refused to listen to my concerns. I explained that I would pay the delivery fee as soon as I received the flowers, but he hung up on me and refused to answer my calls back. This experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I will never recommend this company to any of my friends, especially in the Dallas area. If you encounter any issues with their service, such as mistakes, delays, or missed deliveries, please know that they offer compensation and have poor customer service.

Flowered were ready next morning. They sent me pictures of roses when completed and when they were delivered. Fast responses in Spanish, quick turn around. Would definitely recommend.

The company’s website malfunctioned while I placed a delivery order (it did not ask for a delivery address even though I selected “local delivery”). I thought it would ask for delivery address on the next page, but it did not; the order submitted. I called immediately and no response. Then I texted and asked to cancel the order for a refund, because I could not drive and pick up the order at their location. A company representative texted back and refused to give a refund and kept pointing to their “no refunds” policy. When I told them that their website malfunctioned, they said no other customers had that problem today. I then went back to the website to verify and experienced the same error, and sent them a screenshot as proof of the issue, and they said that still doesn’t change their policy. I get the need for a no-refunds policy for a business with perishable items, but the policy should only apply if the business is not at fault for a transaction error. They said they would give me in-store credit, but I really want a refund, because I don’t want to deal with this business anymore. And then they told me I’m wasting their time, indicating they were done discussing the issue. Hence the 1 star. Others should know about this company’s lack of customer service, rigidity, and unwillingness to take responsibility for their errors before buying here.

My experience with this company was less than ideal. While they did make a beautiful arrangement at a fair price everything else was not easy. They don't speak English, so we had to rely on texting to communicate. The delivery driver arrived hours earlier than I had specified and rapid called me five times in a row while I was on the other line with a business call that I had to end because I thought there might be an emergency. He also didn't speak English so we had to text. While I was trying to find an answer to why the door was locked at the funeral home he rapid texted me about 10 times. The flowers were eventually dropped off during somebody else's funeral, which explains why the doors were locked. They were also delivered to the front desk without the note card that I had given them instructions on how to fill out. So the family did not know who sent the flowers. I chose this florist because they were close to the funeral home and I assumed that they made deliveries their frequently. I think I'm being generous with three out of five stars. They are very talented florists but they need a lot of work with communication and professionalism for a small business.
