Great customer service. The lady who took my order was very polite and kind. Even though we no longer live in Denton we will always order from Holly’s Garden when possible. That florist has a lot of integrity and really cares about the customer’s needs.
The service was great. I called and was able to have an arrangement delivered same day for my daughter’s birthday! She loved them!!

I ordered some flowers from another vendor that I found online because they offered "same day delivery." I placed the order that morning and at 3:50 in the afternoon they called and said they needed my approval to make the delivery the following day instead. That was not okay as it was being sent to someone in the hospital and time was of the essence, so I cancelled my order. I told them if they could not deliver the same day (and I had a confirmation they would), then they should have told me at the time I ordered the flowers instead of waiting until all other places were almost closed. I quickly googled another place, Holly's, and even though they were about to close at 4:00, they offered to help. They told me of the arrangements they had on hand and I told them one of them was perfect!! Within an hour, they had the arrangement at the local hospital. Marilyn, who assisted me, was so kind, compassionate, and provided excellent service!! Even used her personal cell phone to send me pictures of the flower arrangement! Meanwhile, the other place didn't deliver the flowers, and still has not refunded my money. I highly recommend Holly's Garden for their amazing customer service and beautiful, fresh arrangements!
