Executive Flowers

Just ordered for Valentines...VERY disappointed...not advertised...main reason I order from this place is the proximity to the delivery address. Second, I focus on the flower vase...wanted something more contemporary. They sent your typical dollar store vase. Balloons did not have enough helium, they were $11.99, and a small box of chocolates, and they were, literally, $1 box of chocolates, when I paid $9.99. Total came out to $163. Save your money and go somewhere else. I try to keep my business local, however, these type of business practice makes it impossible. There was no warning that they had ran out of vases, helium, or anything. I won't be coming back.

My sister ordered me flowers from out of state. The pumpkin was delivered a day late and missing the pumpkin top to the canister. Included video of delivery, you can see by the man moving them around, no lid was present with order.

Do not order from here, not worth the price or at least, doesn't match what they advertise. Go somewhere else or at make it yourself. I looked online and they had 3 different sizes, standard, deluxe and premium. I got the premium which was about an extra $25 dollars. What I got, looked more like the standard size and even then, it's still doesn't look like what they advertise. I"m not sure if what they show on their website was made by them or not, but I paid for their highest premium size and I did not get anything close to that. I got closer to what they call a standard size and even then, it doesn't look like it. Really upset, for that price, I could've bought 6 dozen roses, which is 72 and a big time bouquet. Lesson learned.

Poor services. Ordered through Just Flowers from Hawaii to be delivered to my daughter on her birthday 11/2/25. Florist failed to make the delivery on her birthday instead stated they tried to deliver the day before, but no one was home, the front desk lady at my daughter's apartment was willing to take the delivery but the driver did not want to leave it with her. No call, no email saying that they were having a delivery issue. When I called Just Flowers on 11/2/25 the delivery date they stated the florist was closed and they would call me back on 11/3/25 the day after I initially requested the delivery. I called Just Flowers on 11/3/25 and they stated that unfortunately they couldn't contact the florist so they would call me back. Executive Flowers ended up making the delivery with the arrangement they made on 11/1/25 (that was sitting all weekend) to my daughter instead of providing the refund I requested. Executive Flowers stated that because the delivery was eventually made that I could not get a refund, mind you I called and emailed them on 11/2/25 cancelling this order. Unacceptable service, mind you the arrangement did not look like the photo they advertised; it was delivered a day late (after my daughter's birthday) and with old flowers that sat all weekend. $133 wasted with nothing but excuses, headaches and attitude trying to justify their poor services. DO NOT ORDER FROM JUST FLOWERS OR EXECUTIVE FLOWERS they will take your money and deliver whatever is most convenient for them when it's convenient for them instead of what you paid for. Ludd and Joseph at Executive Flowers and Ariana at Just Flowers you folks should be ashamed of yourselves.

Wow! I ordered a bday arrangement for my daughter from FTD, and apparently this place made and delivered the disappointing arrangement! On top of that they delivered 5 minutes before the office she works at closes! Now I know to never order from this place, much less recommend it!!!
