Disappointing. On Tuesday I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom for her birthday on Wednesday. For some reason they were not delivered. I called Thursday morning and spoke with a gentleman who apologized and said they would send them by 1:00 that day. The flowers were left on her front porch around 3:30 and the bouquet she received looked nothing like the bouquet I ordered. Different vase. Different flowers. Different colors. Different ribbons. Different everything. Overall I'm pretty disappointed with the service and will likely order from someone else next time. I ordered from Bundle of Love many times under the old management and never had issues like this.
I had a great experience from the moment I placed the order by phone to the time the arrangement got delivered. I was pleased with the service and appreciated the discount for delivery since it was a couple blocks away from the shop. I was also happy that they were able to deliver the next day (24 hour service). Thank you and I will be back again!
Mixed feelings about this florist. My order for an anniversary bouquet through ForYouFlowers was sent to A Bundle of Love for fulfillment. My request for delivery prior to 1pm was honored and the bouquet was nice. The price was fair. However, the delivery person made little effort to let us know the flowers had arrived. She was about to set the vase down and take a picture of it when I opened the door. I called the florist during business hours. No answer and the voice mailbox had not been set up. I messaged the florist- saying that I wanted to talk to the owner before leaving a review. Nothing heard.
Wonderful customer service and prices! I asked for something unique and the new owner was able to provide a Tyler Candle Company base, yes! There's actually a beautiful candle under the beautiful bouquet!
I live out of state and called about 11am to order flowers for my mother’s birthday. She was very accommodating to my requests and even wrote my note to mom in Spanish. The flowers were delivered just a tad after 2pm. A picture was sent to let me know they were received with my mother’s in the picture. I thought that was a beautiful gesture. Will continue to support small business forever and always!!
