Order flowers over the phone. I explained exactly what I wanted. Very disappointed in what they delivered my daughter!!! Definitely not what I ordered and not worth the price!!!!
Two plants ordered for my Dad’s service did not get to the FH. The senders had to actually reach out to Mainland Floral to inform of the issues. If they had not informed me they were sending just wonder what the outcome would have been. With the link to you on their page you may want to consider a bit more attention. The plants and flowers were all healthy and beautiful.
Very poor experience. Calling them when I’m actually in the store and phone is ringing in the afternoon around 3:30 pm on Valentine's day. I asked the lady working behind the counter do your all not answer the telephone and she said no we’re working. Very rude. Paid to have my flowers delivered before noon as delivery was 5 mins from floral shop. Lady said she could not locate my flowers I paid for. I told her I was going to dispute the whole order if I did not get my flowers I paid for. She went to the back with all the incompetent people they have working there and came out with a flower arrangement that looks very poorly put together. I told her that I would never purchase from them again and that I would make a google review about my experience with them. So here it is. I recommend to anyone, save yourself the headache and do not waste your money or time with this poorly ran organization.

They are SO amazing! The staff was so helpful and nice. My daughter and I went in last minute for a corsage so prom and they we able to get it made for us within hours on a Saturday and the price was under $30 which blew my mind. Amanda was the staff member who made the corsage and she went above and beyond and I didn’t get the young ladies name that helped us with the order but she was such a sweetheart. It meant the world to us bc my daughters senior year was messed up due to the Deer Park Energy Transfer Pipeline explosion so we have tried to make the event special for her and I had forgotten to get a corsage and ran around Galveston trying to find one. Thank you again it really is the small things!!
