Came to buy white 10 roses, was not disappointed. They are lovely! The woman upfront is very friendly, patient, and sweet. I definitely recommend this florist.

Highly recommend! I was able to order an arrangement (from out of state) to get delivered. The flowers were beautiful.

UPDATE 2: They did actually offer a refund after we went back and forth to figure out what happened. The store owner is very nice it’s just unfortunate this was my first experience. UPDATE: I actually contacted the person I was sending this to (for a funeral) and they stated they received the arrangement below with a different name, so not the one I sent. The florist shop employees were very nice when I called over the phone to see why my floral arrangement was not delivered (which it was, but w/ issues), however, some of the things explained to me did not make sense. When I asked why the family had not received it, they explained that they needed to call the florist that made the arrangement to see what happened because they themselves did not deliver it. I am not sure why I was not made aware that they could not fulfill the order (out of delivery range?? online it states an extra charge may apply to longer distances and I agreed, but it did not mention using someone else. I went through a whole bunch of shops to specifically pick this florist because I liked what THEY made, not another florist that I had not researched. They should have just called and let me know they could not service the area, and have me choose what to do from there. Second, they replaced the angel in my floral arrangement with the cross because they had no more angels, and I was not made aware of this change/substitution. I should have been made aware as I specifically did not choose the cross arrangement for a reason, and because I did not pay to get that one because it was not the one I wanted!! Then, their online website was not too clear for me (and this could be a me problem, as I did not know where to place my name), so I did not place my name anywhere, and the family was not aware they received the arrangement from me, nor could they tell from the description I gave because they sent the wrong thing. Frustrating first experience to say the least. I had high expectations and was failed. Oh, and I requested pictures of the arrangement because they provided something different, and the florist did not take any. You would think that if they change what you wanted they would take one so I can at least see what was received instead, but no.
