Not overly impressed with our order. The bouquet didn’t look too much like that one advertised on the website (which I see they have now removed). It was quite small. We paid extra for the “premium” upgrade but I have to say, this was a pretty standard size bouquet of flowers. I definitely felt that the flowers were overpriced in comparison to what was received. Customer service was acceptable. All they had on hand were clear vases and we wanted white which was a little disappointing. Delivery was timely but expensive for a place three minutes down the road.
Had a mix up with delivery of flowers a couple days ago. Not sure who was at fault…my son most likely, who was supposed to get the flowers at the front gate of the ranch where he was staying. Regardless, Michelle at the shop made it right and refunded my money. I appreciate the customer service!! I’ll do business with them again if the need arises.
I have just realized my sister actually placed the order for these flowers at Town & Country Floral, so I'm going to give the credit where the credit is due! I had previously ordered flowers from this shop. Customer service was excellent, and the arrangement was one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. Based on that experience, we consulted with this shop again for flowers when my sister passed. They worked with us for design and delivery of 2 breathtaking arrangements.
