Vonda Faye Relander Is not saying the true Plant was delivery nice and fresh Receiver brought it back a week later , All dry she never water the plant We take it back We did water and next the plant was in great shape again we call the sender she can came back for it o get an another plant . They decided to harm local businesses

We purchased a $90 sympathy plant for a coworker who had lost a family member. The plant arrived in a small tin instead of the pot that was pictured and was dying the next day, even after she watered it. When she called to advise of the state of the plant, she was told that due to her grief she probably forgot to water it. That is unprofessional and not at all sympathetic to one who is grieving. They told her to bring the plant in and it would be replaced. When she did, they didn't have a plant available and said they'd ship one to her when one was available. It's been months and nothing has been received. They also sent her a picture the next day claiming they watered it and the plant was thriving. It looked like a different plant with more branches. Photo is the day after plant arrived. I recommend going to Bloomers. The plants are gorgeous, the staff is nice and sympathetic to those that have lost their loved ones.
