Beautiful floral arrangements for funeral (texted a pic to me); polite & courteous phone service since I was making request from out of town; fast preparation (same day in my case); variety of choices at fair prices. Thank goodness I haven't needed a lot of funeral flowers in recent years & I'm out of my league, so I appreciated their patience help. They promised delivery today & I believe them. James and Jon have got to be some the nicest people I know. They love this town and they love their craft. They will go out of their way to take care of any need you may have within reason. They will take time out of their busy day to focus on you and your needs. Jenn and her team have been phenomenal the last 2 times I’ve needed flowers for a special occasion. Especially today when I came into the shop 30 minutes before close. Looking forward to surprising her with the sunflower bouquet they prepared for me. Thank y’all so much 💕
I cannot rave enough about Rayford Florist and their customer service, as well as product quality. Initially, I had ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my mother on her birthday. However, the bouquet never arrived. Before I could call to inquire about it, the owner called me and explained the mix up and offered a free upgrade or a refund. I had just chosen the refund, because when the flowers weren't delivered I had to run out and buy some others. The owner was very apologetic, and even sent my mom and I both credits towards our next purchase. Because of this amazing customer service (which you can't find anymore!) I decided to give them another shot and ordered a bouquet for mother's day. This bouquet came in on time and was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Very special and unique. I ordered a custom arrangement with only the specifications to 1) include hydrangeas and lilies and 2) make it colorful, and boy did they deliver! All in all, I would highly recommend Rayford Florist & Gifts for their customer service and attention to detail!
