The bouquet is big and very beautiful. Price is affordable. Delivery is on time even the destination’s address is kinda far from their shop. Everything is perfect.

While the arrangement did arrive on time and looked beautiful overall, I was slightly surprised by the number of flowers—it seemed a bit less full than I had anticipated. I was told this was because they make the display larger in size, which spreads out the flowers more. I understand the explanation, though it wasn’t quite what I envisioned. That said, their customer service truly stood out. I placed the order just a couple of hours before we arrived at the funeral home, and they managed to get it delivered right on time. In such a sensitive moment, their speed, professionalism, and reliability meant a great deal. I really appreciated how responsive and efficient they were under short notice. Overall, while the arrangement wasn’t exactly what I imagined in terms of fullness, the quality of service and timely delivery made a big difference during a difficult time. I would still recommend them, especially for their excellent customer care.
Placed the order for my friend Bday in Dallas The worst service I’ve ever had. Rose petals falling apart , not fresh at all as you can clearly see on the picture !Paid for this crap $235 plus $ 20 for delivery . So upset :( Never again ! The other thing that they promised to deliver bouquet at the morning and made it in the afternoon. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I just wanted to come in here and express that they are amazing and promptly. They really blew my expectations out of the water. I’ve received these gorgeous flowers from this place on two separate occasions and each time has been amazing! They do a beautiful job that leaves a whole crowd speechless and they have a very quick response time. These jumbo bouquets were all ordered only one day prior and I believe they were an affordable price for what it is!(: It also helps they do speak Vietnamese and have the ability to text, I will be back for any flower arrangement needs!
