Received a flower arrangement that left much to be desired. However, the florist reached out about the mishap and asked for an opportunity to make it right. The new flower arrangement was beautiful; absolutely stunning. Big kudos to the designer. Office coworkers quickly noticed and took note of the florist name. Update 10/12/23: Just adding a photo from todays delivery. They’re perfect! 🧡 My siblings and I always get our mom flowers for her birthday and mother's day. It was a tradition carried on by her father and our father, both of whom are deceased now. Years ago we had the most amazing flower guy he was creative, thoughtful, and best of all listened. I loved it because we could go into his shop chat with him about what we wanted and ta-da the most beautiful arrangement would arrive for our mom! He closed up shop years ago and we've struggled to find a replacement - until now! It was fun to be back in a flower shop and talk about our mom. The customer service was knowledgeable, professional, but above all guided us through find a perfect arrangement. As you can see from the photo the flowers were beautiful, she loved them, and everyone was envious at work (which for us is the point of flowers :) ) . We only order twice a year so please, go support them so they can stay in business. We need more local, quality flower shops! Thank you a Classic Bloom! We look forward to many years and celebrations to come
