I ordered flowers to surprise my mom on her birthday since I live in a different country. When they arrived at my mom's house, they were looking for a different person but the address was correct. The card that came with the flowers they were delivering was not my message for her and yet they still gave them to her (tulips). By night time, they came back to retrieve the tulips that were mistakenly delivered to her and replaced them with the one I ordered. The flowers were quite okay but the vase was not the same as advertised. Its opening was too large for the small amount of flowers. Even the flower arrangement is different. Not too happy with this.
