Wanted to send nice get well flowers. Google searched for downtown Houston and found Blossoms. WOW! They were over the top gorgeous and great price! Fresh and lasted over a week. More than impressed!

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the absolute worst flower service I’ve ever encountered. Ordered a wreath for my mom’s birthday two days ago and it STILL has not been delivered. I called three times the first day and twice today. No one cares, no one offers a refund, they can’t tell you what happened or why it wasn’t delivered. When I called today she assured me it would be delivered today since it wasn’t delivered yesterday. I said I wanted it to her ASAP since my delivery date was yesterday. She said she would tell the driver (that’s a lie). I called again at 3:00. She had no information for me. She said if it hadn’t been delivered by 6 THEN she could help me. So she can’t “help me” until two days after when it was supposed to come? Even then she offered me $10 because I said I wanted my money back. She said it would be there by 10am tomorrow (highly unlikely). I’ve already ordered another arrangement from somewhere reliable. DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTISTS.. not even sure how they’re still in business.
