This is the best florist shop, I ordered flower arrangements for my mom’s funeral, Mr. Hugo treated me with kindness, and respect. He was very patient with me and helped me choose the flower arrangements. The flowers arrived on time, they were absolutely beautiful! Mr. Pablo and Mr. Hugo are so professional and talented, it shows in every flower arrangement they create. Thank you! 🙏 🙏❤️❤️

Absolutely horrendous customer service. If you don't want to get scammed please do not purchase anything from this so called "store". Bought the "Teleflora Lucky Bamboo" for $105 dollars and received something that is probably worth around $20. Their website description says "For the best and freshest flowers in Houston, Cornelius Florist has exactly what you’re looking for! Check out our wide selection of flower arrangements to make your next occasion memorable." This statement couldn't be further from the truth. When my sister (the recipient) got her plant, well oh boy were we in for a doozy. Just check the picture below from the site vs what we got. Absolutely laughable to even compare. When I reached out via phone, I was greeted by a seemingly angry person who most definitely isn't qualified to be talking to anyone. Rudeness, playing the blame game, asking "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO", to name a few.. all for asking the simple question of "hey man this isn't what I ordered". Man went on to tell me that he would go back to the HOUSE (i'm pretty sure this is somehow threatening?) to pick up the plant if I didnt like it and I would get my money back. THEN when I said "thats a bit irrational, can you give me another plant" he said NO. That he had to drive across 5 different stores to find this "bamboo plant" that they somehow advertise as being their own? Complete SCAM, do not waste your money. You're better off getting your plants from Doordash or UberEats. I'd give 0 stars if it was allowed

So very helpful. I ordered some Peonies for my wife and didn't realize they were just a bit to early to get them in session. Owner called me and explained. Offered to refund my money or delay the delivery a few days. I chose a few days. And holy smokes out was worth it. Will always do my business with them.

I ordered a cross and heart for a funeral the day before the service. Flowers arrived on time the next day to the funeral home. The roses were beautiful. My daughter was so happy, because she chose them for her dad. The price was reasonable. Thank you for your services.

Had to order several funeral flowers and Hugo was very helpful and very patient when I was there making over 6 family orders. The flowers were way more beautiful and full than I expected! We’ve ordered flowers from here for over 20 years, and they have never disappointed us.
