Came in for a consultation for a recent funeral for my sister. Judy asked lots of questions in order to get a sense of what we liked. The flowers were GORGEOUS. They’re always gorgeous. It’s the only florist I will allow my husband to use when sending me flowers. LOL. But that’s not what I wanted to comment on. Many other arrangements also arrived at the service. I noticed a beautiful plant basket that seemed to perfectly evoke my deceased sister’s preferences. Noticing the card was from dear friends of mine, I commented such to them. That is when I found out that they had called Darlene’s. And when Judy took the order for a keepsake plant and heard the name of the deceased, she was able to recall all of those personal details (her favorite color in the ribbon, for instance ). She even suggested that it be a basket with 3 smaller plants so that each of her surviving college age sons would be able to have their own plant from the arrangement. Now THAT is customer service. They’re amazing
