Elegance on Flower did an amazing job. The flowers were fresh, beautiful, and arranged perfectly. You can tell they really care about quality and details. The staff was super kind and helpful, and they made the whole process easy and stress-free. Everything looked even better than I expected. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.

I found Elegance Flowers from a quick search for florists as we were celebrating my mom‘s birthday in the area and I’m so glad I found them! The same-day order and pick up is really convenient. The flowers were exactly as appeared from the website and the arrangement was SO big and beautiful - mom for reference in the second picture! Will definitely be using Elegance Flowers in the future!

Bad experience… If you’re thinking about using this flower shop, be prepared for delays, unmet promises, and a product that does not match what you ordered. We absolutely do not recommend this place. This is what my sister and I ordered and what we received. (Ordered under the name “Kim Nguyen.”) Before placing the order, my sister specifically asked whether they could make the bouquet similar to the reference photos. They confirmed that they could, which is why we decided to place the order. However, what we received looks nothing like the original design. We placed the order on Tuesday and agreed on a Friday pickup at 10:00 AM, as our friend’s graduation ceremony was at 12:30 PM the same day. We arrived on time, but then received a message asking if we could pick up at 11:00 AM because the bouquet was not ready, even though we were already at the shop. We ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes. When we finally received the bouquet, my sister and I were extremely disappointed. They used different flowers, also the leaf with much smaller and sparser greenery than the original sample making the bouquet look cheap, sparse, and rushed. On top of that, the balloon was missing, despite being clearly agreed upon from the beginning, along with the teddy bear. We had also paid in full in advance on Tuesday. This shows a lack of professionalism, poor communication and zero attention to detail. We were paying for a specific design not a last-minute substitution without consent.

VERY RUDE! Edited: 1. My first comment here did not mention about the flower arrangement itself. It's your attitude that loses you the stars. 2. I called & you said go ahead to the website to make the purchase for the same-day, and the website allowed that, so I did. 3. I came to the store, AND with the store lady, we spent 15 minutes in the room less than 200SF to search for the bouquet but could not find it. 4. You came back to the store already frustrated, & when you picked the bouquet out, I saw it a bit different mainly because we were focused looking for the high, pointy flower in order to avoid taking the wrong one of other people. 5. You yelled at me: Ủa ko giống là đúng rồi em, you called last minute, we do what we can do. 6. Instead, a calm explanation of the substitution & availability would be much appreciated rather than a frustrated voice. 7. "Several hours after the flowers had already been used": Where is the policy that it has to be in a certain time window to leave a review to a business?

The most beautiful arrangement I’ve ever seen! I ordered some sympathy flowers for a funeral and I am blown away by how fresh and vibrant these flowers are. Han is very responsive and will cater to your needs! 10000% my new go-to for flowers for any occasion!!!
