Been coming for years . Knew something was way different. Very Small selection. New owners . $45 Double the price for a dozen of roses smh 🌹 after the fact valentines is way over . Will not come bak here again. Past owners was the best they showed love on the prices and sprayed the flowers with a scent and a nice card . But i wasn’t even offered that for the high price !! People were nice . But was locked at 1:30pm had to knock loud to get them to come open
The lady who owns the place is nice but the product sold isn't. I bought a dozen roses at the crazy price of $35. I asked for flower food, she says she doesn't have any and that she "can guarantee if you change out the water daily they will last 7 days." You're a floral shop you should carry flower food. It's been one day and these things look horrible. I can buy better roses at HEB for half the price.
I can’t speak on the ordering process/customer service, these get dropped off to me as a surprise.(ordered online) delivery process is short and simple interactions. I can speak on the arrangements themselves, they’re so beautiful. I feel like they were made with love. 🥺🫶🏼
