Phenomenal! I am very happy with their service from beginning to end. My mom loved her flowers and said they were the prettiest she has EVER received. She said the pictures don’t do them justice. They are breathtaking in person. Thank you and I will be using this company again and again.
Got a bouquet of flowers today that my husband had sent to me. These arrived and at first glance I thought they were ok. However, most of my lillie's petals were broken but stuck back in the arrangement to appear that it was ok, 3 of the purple stalked flowers were broken, the yellow roses were clearly not fresh as they had several brown spots and were wilted. I definitely would never order from this florist. I uploaded photos of the broken and creased lillies, the broken stalks, the wilted roses for reference. What a disappointment.
This company is incredible. I had another florist cancel my delivery orderon the same day. I contacted Paty's Florist and they were gracious to accomodate me on the same day at 12pm. They delivered the flowers to the school before the school day ended and made everything right. I am so thankful because I was out of town and they still helped me make the day special for someone dear to my heart. They are amazing and the customer service was 10/10. Thanks again!
