I really wanted to support this florist, especially after my first experience. The initial order was beautifully done, even though there was a bit of pressure with the pickup—my pickup was scheduled for 6pm, but I started receiving pushy phone calls around 5pm. I let that slide because the arrangement was lovely. Unfortunately, the second time around was disappointing. The floral arrangements didn’t meet expectations at all—the design felt rushed and the color scheme didn’t match what we had discussed. On top of that, the customer service was noticeably lacking. She started texting and calling from 10:30am saying she was leaving the shop, even though our scheduled pickup wasn’t until 1pm. We felt pressured and rushed unnecessarily. When we finally arrived, there was no offer of help, no door held open as we struggled with the arrangements, and the overall attitude was dismissive and rude. It’s a shame because she clearly has talent, but professionalism and customer experience matter just as much. Sadly, I won’t be returning.
