Received a birthday flower arrangement from Bice. My dear brother send flowers thru them for many special occasions for me. They are beautifully arranged but today one of the roses fell off the stem which leaves the arrangement incomplete. It appears to me the rose may have been damaged during the arranging. I was disappointed upon contacting them as no offer to replace. I have since spoken to Bice regarding the broken flower & tomorrow they are sending a bud vase with replacement flowers. I was very happy with their eagerness to resolve the issue. Thank you for your attentiveness.

I ordered flowers for a friend who had just lost her husband. Being two hours away I wanted someone local to her.
