I have business with them and I absolutely am blown away by the kindness of every person here. If you know what you want you come in and you can get out, I love the specials that they have going on as well overall a great group of people to work with.
Botanica has a wide selection and will never send you flowers of sub-par quality. They have helpful salespeople, beautiful flowers, and excellent policies! I won’t use any other wholesaler in DFW.

Jorge the manager has the worst customer service. This isn’t my first negative experience with him. He is rude did not excuse himself walking into me. Andres told me that my item would be $.5 cent off. Jorge instead prompts me to call Andres from my personal phone to verify, I asked for him to call him instead. This was immature and unprofessional. I am a customer and I think he fails to remember that. Will not be returning and closing my account. Florists BEWARE.
