Ordered flowers from out of town to be delivered locally in Kingwood. The flowers are beautiful and look just like the advertised arrangement! The arrangement options, details and online ordering process were thorough and easy to navigate. All of which left me confident that the order would be delivered at the correct location and on time. My whole experience here has just been terrible. I ordered the Texas Shining Beauty arrangement for a friend’s birthday. What was first delivered was not close to what I ordered. With tip and taxes I paid around $102. You can see that the florist executed the depth and layers of the arrangement but it did not include any of the button or spray chrysanthemums. Mind you, this is all listed on their website in the descriptions. I called and brought this to their attention and I was offered either a 20% off discount on a future order or a new arrangement will be sent out the following day. I opted for the new arrangement because 20% off?! That’s not comparable to the $102 I spent… The second and final arrangement came in the next day for my friend and I was still disappointed. The depth and layers were not there and they still didn’t include any spray chrysanthemums (buttons were included). I was so over it at this point and just left it at that. BUT HERE IS THE CHERRY ON TOP, I found out recently from my friend who received the flowers, that they wanted the old arrangement back in exchange for the new arrangement. Who does this? Not only was that embarrassing but also unprofessional.

**Urgent – Do NOT Buy Flowers from This Florist**NOT EVEN WORTH 1 Star I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience at this florist. I made the mistake of ordering an arrangement online, specifically the "Exotic Premium" flowers, and what I received was a far cry from what was advertised. Upon arrival to pick up my order, I was immediately struck by how different the actual flowers were compared to the picture displayed online. I have attached both images for reference—the online representation and the sad reality of what I received. When I mentioned to the florist that the arrangement did not look like what was pictured online, she informed me that they were out of the flowers shown. To add insult to injury, after I walked out with my flowers and sat in my car, the florist came outside to ask if I would like to add some white FLOWERS & carnation flowers to the arrangement. These additions do not match at all with what was supposed to be a tropical-themed arrangement, and it only highlighted the inconsistency of what I received. This arrangement was meant for my grandmother, and I can't convey just how important it was to have a beautiful bouquet. The florist's failure to inform me about any substitutions or changes ahead of time is not only frustrating but also inconsiderate. When spending $140 on flowers, I expect to receive something that at least resembles what was promised. Instead, I walked away feeling angry and let down. I urge anyone considering purchasing from this florist to think twice. Save your money and look elsewhere for a service that values their customers and delivers what they advertise. ————————————— First and foremost, I found your response to be quite condescending. Of course, I was not happy with the situation. What choice did I have. My order should have never been wrong . I didn’t want to get out of character, so yes, I told you I was “happy,” but that didn’t reflect the reality of my experience. I ended up resolving the issue with another florist in Houston. This entire ordeal was a waste of my time. I called ahead to pick up the arrangement due to the 30-minute travel time in heavy rain, as I needed to present it to my grandmother today.

We called earlier today to get a bouquet sent to a friend who was having a hard time. We requested a more dark "gothic" theme as she is more into that stuff. Not only did they deliver with the absolute most stunning bouquet that fit her perfectly but they delivered it within an HOUR. 5/5 service and the person who answered the phone was so nice.

I received these flowers as a gift from my best friends who knew I was going through a tough week. They explained the "dark aesthetic" that I like and what the "occasion" was and the florist had total creative control. It was absolutely beautiful and the delivery guy was very professional and kind. I was blown away by the beauty of this arrangement and the vase is simply gorgeous. I would highly recommend them for your needs. They also delivered within two hours of the order being placed.
