Excellent service and product! I called the day of, about 1030 am and the arrangement was delivered that day before 4pm. Same day delivery as advertised. This past Valentine’s Day I went with some national chain and the delivery never even happened. I’ll go with Kyle Flower Shop from now on. I highly recommend them!
I don’t live around Kyle, but my beloved daughter does. Every year for her birthday I send her an arrangement from Kyle Flower Shop, and every year my girl is over the moon about the beautiful and creative display. Highly recommended!

Don't waste your time calling Kyle Flower Shop. They have terrible phone etiquette. I called 3 minutes before closing, so the store was open. I had one question to ask, and the person who answered the phone on 11/5/2025 at 4:57pm was so rude. She was complaining that I called and asked a question while the store was open. If you want to close the shop at 4:30pm, just update your business hours instead of disrespecting people looking to give you business. I decided to shop at a competitor florist, Blooming Day Flower Shop, also in Kyle, and had a way better experience. I wouldn't recommend Kyle Flower Shop to a friend either. ETA: I see the owner jumped to respond shortly after I posted my review, and I want to make one thing clear: I did not ask for a same-day order. If dishonesty is a core value of this business, fellow Texans, I must reiterate that I would never do business with Kyle Flower Shop and do not recommend them. I would give 0 of 5 stars if possible. There are better florists in Kyle, florists who run an honest shop. Shame on you, Kyle Flower Shop.
