scammers and horrible customer service. charged my friend for a funeral arrangement & never delivered. Owner told her “I don’t care dispute it with your bank” after weeks of dodging her calls.
*SCAMMERS* Sister ordered a spray for a friend who passed away and they scammed her. When my sister asked for a refund the owner told her “I don’t care, dispute it with your bank” The owner was unapologetic and refusing to refund her the money. I would not recommend these Scammers or this place to anyone ever
It is Family owned and operated. They are very friendly and hospitable! They create beautiful arrangements but can also do customs orders to your specifications!
We ordered flowers for a friends funeral, and were charged and never received our flower order!! Also called for two weeks to get an explanation but no answer . Finally after reaching them we were told to “dispute it with our bank and they didn’t care”. Horrible service ! Disrespectful staff and this business should be shut down . Do not shop there !
Called in the morning of my daughter's birthday, they had it delivered by that afternoon. BEAUTIFUL arrangement same as what was pictured on the website. Possibly even better.
