I found The Flower Puff Girlz Florist online and made sure to SHOP LOCAL. I live out-of-state and wanted to send flowers to a friend whose loved one recently passed away. After speaking to a team member over the phone (I had a bit of a specific order), I felt at ease and knew my friend would receive a great arrangement. I gave my budget, color choices and left the rest up to the experts. What I didn't know is how beautiful the arrangement would be! I ordered the autumn themed floral cake arrangement for my mom because she didn’t want a baked cake for her birthday this year. The flowers were absolutely out of this world! I went to visit my mother for her birthday on September 30th from Fort Cavazos and you all helped me cultivate the most precious memory that day when I brought her floral cake from our porch into the house to surprise her. It’s a day that I will never forget and keep close to my heart. The floral cake was delivered in the morning just as I requested with my order details and both my mom and I were blown away by the quality and presentation of the floral arrangement. They remained lively and fragrant for about two weeks after their arrival. I previously had a less than ideal experience when I ordered from 1800flowers for Mother’s Day and I’m truly grateful that I found Flower Puff Girlz online. They provided exemplary customer service and made my mother’s birthday special since the loss of my stepfather this past May. You guys make a grown man cry as I type this review. I will definitely be a regular customer. I first placed in order of flowers to be delivered to my forgive at the time 4 years ago. We got married a year ago so our 1 year anniversary was coming up today, and I am currently working out of state. So I actually placed my order online Saturday afternoon and that process was very smooth and easy. I left specific instructions for the driver to please make sure my wife received the flowers in hand and to tell her that I’m sorry for not being there with her today but I love her and thinking of her. Well the driver went above and beyond to let my wife know that I really missed her and I was sorry for not being with her this special day. I watched on my ring camera as she received the flowers. This place truly cares about their customers their quality of flowers and how they are displayed. Even from another state I was able to place an order and know that I had nothing to worry about. The ladies at the shop always answer the phone with such joy and they are always patient with my questions. I know I’m very well taken care of when I order flowers from this shop. Best Flowers ever! I sent these to my daughter n law in Texas for Mothers Day 2023 and she was delighted. I ordered on Wednesday night and they were delivered to the facility she works at on Thursday morning bright and early! Delivery was free and Ms. Lilly was so helpful over the phone making this be a special occasion! Make this shop your choice!
