**Update: After learning of our disappointment, Edible arrangements reached out to us and helped to make things right. Props to them for the care and consideration! Overpriced and disappointing. I purchased a birthday gift set for my wife with flowers that looked really nice online, but looked sad in person. A lot of the flowers were wilting and it looked empty compared with the photo online. Completely different flower arrangement than advertised. I was very disappointed and my wife even said we were “cheated”. Probably never ordering from here again.
Since the moment of placing the order, customer service was excellent. They were patient enough to work with my specific delivery instructions and details for my edible arrangement. Call lasted about 20 mins and the whole call was being held with kindness. I appreciate their time and end result of the arrangement. The package and cake were whole, unopened and fresh when it got to the designated location. I was happy with it and so was the person whom the arrangement was for. Thank you for your service.
