She went above and beyond to make sure the arrangement was delivered on time and looked absolutely beautiful. Her attention to detail and professionalism made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I’m truly grateful for her care and for the gorgeous flowers 😍 everything turned out perfect!
My mother was admitted to Covenant hospital late in the day. I called Devault and they were able to get a beautiful arrangement over to her before 5 p.m. the same day. It contained gorgeous orange roses, a white hydrangea, some sunflowers, and other flowers. I was impressed and my mother was very touched. I highly recommend them!
My husband bought the most beautiful bouquet. He went in last minute and they made him the most beautiful arrangement I’ve ever had from him. He always chooses this location and the flowers are always so beautiful 🤍. I posted photos for reference as well as it was a Halloween bouquet 💜🖤🤍❤️. The employee there even got her shirt covered in blood but was happy to deliver them to my husband for a great cause 🥹🫶🏽. She went above and beyond 🫶🏽.
Customer service while ordering was lovely and the flowers were delivered to Tech dorm on time. However, when placing the order, they immediately told me they like to do a “special” arrangement for dorm rooms because it’s taller and more slender and doesn’t take up much desk space in a dorm room, so I agreed. They asked if I wanted specific flowers, and I said no, but that I wanted it to be pink because my daughter’s room is pink and she just loves pink. I was told no problem, they would send a pink arrangement. She received a very sparse, mostly greenery, random-colored arrangement (that is quite large and not space saving, either.) While it’s pretty, it’s definitely not what I asked for, and I’m disappointed in it, especially since it cost so much. It looks rather cheap in my opinion, not worth $180. And I count only 3-4 pink flowers. I’ll likely try a different florist when I send flowers next time.
