Traveled to TX from FL to bury my husband’s cremains. Variety was recommended for a flower arrangement for the services. I ordered and paid for a premium arrangement specifically asking that it be lush and full. Instead I got a minimum. The base was covered in greenery and a flower lined it here and there. Definitely not a premium arrangement. I called the shop to express my dissatisfaction and was told I would get a phone call back. Never got one. Think twice when using their services.
Delivery weirdness. They called - I didn’t answer - unknown number. So instead they call 6x back to back like a weirdo. Leave no voicemail nor text. Then my son asked me if I received my flowers. I thought oh no it must of been that unknown number that called. Then about 2-3 hours later a number calls and at that point I answered the unknown number but no one said anything and hung up. Then 30 minutes later a different number texted a very nice, professional message about delivery. The text requested I call a number to confirm delivery. I called and first words out of her mouth were how they had attempted many times to message and call me. Sort of like I was in trouble lol. I told her my experience of what they did and what they should have done. Fast forward they get here she calls me again confirms she’s in my drive way and asked me to come get it. Phew 😅 Happy Mother’s Day!
I sent a message TODAY AFTER 2PM asked if it's too late for same day delivery. I received a phone call to let me know it's not too late! She got all of my details of what I want and made it happen!! I live in Bryan /College Station... my family lives in Lyford and I have no idea about local services. Thank you!!
