I am extremely disappointed in Rodriguez flower shop. They did not deliver my wife’s flowers on Valentine’s Day as I had ordered in advance. They did not even bother to call till the next day. I have had issues with late deliveries in the past but this was the last straw. Flower arrangements are well done but they are unreliable and not worth the potential hassle/stress.
For Valentine’s Day, my sisters and I ordered flowers and a balloon for our mom and we had asked for it to be delivered at her work. They had informed us that the delivery would be made between 12-3PM. My mom came home from work at six empty handed and it hurt to see her disappointed when we do this every year. After several attempted calls to the flowershop, we finally spoke to someone. We got it redelivered to the house but the point wasn’t for it to be delivered to the house they were supposed to be delivered at her work. We got the flowers but we didn’t get the big balloon that my sister ordered. We called the shop again and thankfully got refunded but the owner then tried to charge my sister more for the delivery. The flowers were pretty, the service was just disappointing.

My aunt passed away on Saturday, and since they were closed on Sunday, I called them first thing Monday morning at 9:00 AM when they opened.
