Pecan Hill Florist & Gifts

These ladies are awesome! Not only have they taught me a lot about flowers, but they were great when I had a few flowers that I thought were not alive. They showed me what they would look like in a few days, but in the mean time created a new arrangement for my wife. The wife loved the new arrangement. I’ll never go anywhere else in Montgomery for flowers. Thank you Pecan Hill!!

I went there today to send flowers to a customer. Very nice shop and took the time to help me make a decision on what I wanted to send. I went there at 2pm and they were so kind to make the delivery for me same day. I received a text that the delivery was complete by 3:30pm. She went above and beyond to get this done same day. I popped in today just to get 3 specific colored balloons for my granddaughter's 1st birthday. A simple order of latex balloons that was filled by, I believe her name was Clara, I can't remember. I'd noticed that as she filled the balloons most of them kept popping. However, I opted to wait and see if we could get three good ones. She made it look sweet with the streamers and the gold weight and I paid. The moment I stepped outside the door one of the balloons popped. I went back inside and she was already filling another balloon having seen what had happened. She ended up providing me with a mylar balloon (an upgrade at no extra charge). I was able to make it inside the car but right when I pulled out if the drive another one popped. I made it to my destination with the remainder intact. Although I was met by sweet, friendly people, the next time I need a balloon spray I'll probably go to Kroger's.

I have ordered from Pecan Hill twice now both times for my wife for our anniversary. I have delivered to her work and both times I have hd no complaints. I went in knowing what flowers my wife likes and they took that and made a beautiful arrangement my wife was happy to receive. Thanks for the help making my wife happy!

I ordered from you last year, but have found another florist since the lady who answered was rude yesterday. She told me she was in the middle of some big order and couldn't explain to me the boutinere info. She offered for me to come in. But the issue is that wont work. Im at work way before you open and ho e way after you close thus the reason for my calling. It would have been a group order for boutinere for a hoco group. But, we found a florist available and willing to answer our questions and do the group order. I had also asked tge lady at your shop for pictures and examples and was told she would send today. But, none arrived to my phone. It is amazing that people do business like this and expect to stay open and busy. Best of luck.
