I am so disappointed over my recent purchase of a Prairiland Homecoming garter. I shared with the person who took my phone order things my son enjoys, and told her I wanted to purchase a garter in the $50ish price range. When I picked the garter up this afternoon, I was surprised to see that it belonged in the $20ish price range instead. I have never been dissatisfied by any purchase made through Chapman's before,; however, this may be my final transaction.
