Do not believe the 5 star rating. The lady that answered the phone was not too happy she was getting my information. I had to prompt her for what she needed and did not seem happy at all. I would not order flowers from this florist if I were you.
Most beautiful standing arrangement I have ever seen was handcrafted by The Greenhouse Floral store, for the funeral of Joyce Jetton.
When I need to get my gf flowers, Greenhouse is my preferred place to go. The flowers really smell a lot fresher than the kind you might get at the grocery store. Customer service is top notch, too! I can’t recommend them enough.
Horrible customer service. I called and spoke with gentleman that didn't know what flowers they had, couldn't verify the items they had on the website and was very rude and in a hurry. Very unprofessional and I would NOT recommend. When I asked if photo could be taken he said no. I said I would then ask person receiving flowers to take a photo to make sure they were okay (we wanted premium arrangement), he told me maybe I should call someone else and hung up. In this time when businesses are struggling I try to shop with local businesses. Sad to say this was an experience I've never had with anyone else.
I am so very pleased with the gorgeous spray Greenhouse Floral Designers created for my grandmother’s funeral this week. I placed the order just 2 short days before the funeral service and wasn’t sure if they would be able to pull it off in time but wow! Not only did they jump through hoops to find the flowers I wanted in the arrangement, they also sent me a photo the day before the service to show me the finished product and to ask me if I wanted to see any changes to it. It was even prettier than I had envisioned so it needed no changes at all. They were so professional and so lovely to work with. Love small town businesses doing an awesome job for their customers, even when they literally had no other competition in town! Thank you so much!
