I called Lakeside Florist from AZ to order a funeral arrangement to be delivered to a funeral home in TX. I've ordered for funerals before from other florists and I just shuddered to imagine what was going to show up. I was sent a photo of the arrangement that was delivered from Lakeside, and it was even more beautiful than I had hoped. What a relief! So I am happy to give Lakeside Florist 5 stars and a hearty recommendation!
As a person that loves getting flowers from her husband, and look forward to being surprised with them, I have seen some beautiful arrangements come my way. However I am so sad to say that’s not the case with my Valentine’s day delivery I got today. I’m sure my husband paid a pretty penny due to the holiday and this arrangement was the only time I ever felt like zero effort went into the arrangement. I asked my husband what he asked for, and he said he told them that some of my favorites are roses, lilies and tulips. So it seems like the shop took that info and literally grabbed a handful of carnation looking roses, lilies and then tulips, all separate and filled with greenery. As mentioned - gives off zero effort in making the 3 different flowers fit well together, combined. The only plus is that the flowers mostly look fresh and doesn’t have a lot of wilting. The first time I’ve ever been disappointed by a delivery.
