I got a bouquet for prom and the flowers were all wilted. There were so many leaves in it. Someone did not take the time to make it acceptable. I paid $70 and had to go to Walmart and get better flowers to swap them out. So disappointed!
The flowers I ordered were not in stock so they called me and apologized asking what I would like instead and that they would upgrade for free. I told the sweet lady my mom loves star gazer lilies and she said she could do something fun and springy. I let her do her thing and this is what they came up with! I was so surprised!
