This order was placed on Fromyouflowers.com and filled by Awesome Blossom Florist. This was supposed to be my “pick-me-up” since I just had surgery and it was our anniversary. I called Awesome Blossom last night and left a message expressing my disappointment. They called this morning and I honestly thought they were gonna make it right. I sent pics of what I should’ve received and what I received instead. I waited until 6 pm tonight to hear something but I’ve heard nothing. I will never order from Fromyouflowers.com; they were no help. And neither was Awesome Blossom at this point. I just wanted what I ordered and paid for. I’m so disappointed. They were supposed to be delivered to the hospital but I was discharged before delivery. Delivery address was updated to our home address and it was almost 7 pm when they were delivered. And they were just left at the door. Every flower delivery I have ever received has been hand-delivered.
My mother-in-law sent a Mother's Day Floral arrangement, it was received on Friday. I noticed there was what I think was a Lily or the remains of one, it had two hanging leafs. The pink roses were not so pink, as they had brown patches and were wilted looking. Some of the greenery was dry like they were left without water for a while. When received there was some water but not much, poor things were dehydrated. Today is Saturday and dont think the flowers will make it to see tomorrow, Mother's Day. That's a shame$$. There are red and pink carnations, they last forever. The vase was so-so looking. No ordering from this place again. If you are too busy, do not take on more than you can handle, spread the wealth there are other florists who need business as well, especially nowadays. Peace Out!
They are amazing. Placed an order this morning for some sympathy flowers for a funeral. They had it ready in a few hours, ready for pickup on time, and they are just amazing. The staff was amazing and helpful. The flowers are gorgeous. They were very kind throughout the whole process. Will definitely use them again. Picture of the bouquet and keepsake.
